Stephen E. Arnold may well be the single most capable observer of US information technology and the US govenrment system of systems (more like cesspool of silos) that is pathologically dysfunctional. He authored the Google Trilogy and is now doing the same thing for Amazon. There is no one, anywhere, with a better grasp of where the pieces are that could be rapidly pulled together to create Web 3.0 and a World Brain that by-passes Google, Amazon, and Microsoft and their problem clouds.
