Rick Martin is not a “B.A.R. ATTORNEY” whose first duty is to the court, but rather he is a Constitutional Lawyer whose first duty is to the people. With over 30 thousand hours of True Law Study, History, The Constitution, and courtroom experience, he is fearless & wise when it comes taking care of clients. He has gone after corrupt clerks posing as so-called judges, prosecutors and law enforcement officers who violate the public trust and “Our” September 17th, 1787 Constitution for the United States of America. He founded the Constitutional Law Group 1996 as a study group, and put several corrupt cops, judges, and CPS workers in jail to stop child trafficking. After experiencing the injustice going on in our Judicial System, he is now focused on battling the corruption that plagues America. With a current track record of putting 3 District Judges, 2 District Attorneys and countless law enforcement officers behind prison walls.
