For the first time, COVID-19 vaccines were formally added to the immunization schedule for both children and adolescents by the CDC. COVID-19 does not pose threat to young children. The recommended vaccines include Moderna, Pfizer and Novavax; all of these vaccines are experimental have never been approved*, but were granted Emergency Use Authorizations. Once CDC approves it, our Department of Health can exercise its rule-making authority to add it to the healthcare and school schedule at any time And now it’s official. The CDC says that school-entry vaccination requirements are determined by state or local jurisdictions. Some states require children to be fully vaccinated to attend school. According to Robert Kennedy Jr. (RFK), the only reason why the COVID jabs are being added to the Immunization Schedule is for “liability protection” so that manufacturers can avoid prosecution for deaths and injuries caused by their shots.

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. (RFK) said that COVID vaccine manufacturers cannot market their vaccines without an immunity shield from prosecution because they could be sued on criminal charges. The Emergency Use vaccines have liability protection under the PREP Act and the CARES Act, but once the shots are approved, the manufacturers can be sued. UNLESS they can get it approved for children. He said that ALL vaccines that are officially recommended for children get liability protection. And that’s why they are going after kids.
He said, “They know this is going to kill and injure a huge number of children, but they need to do it for the liability protection. And here’s how they know it’s going to injure kids, during the Pfizer study, they only tested it on 1300 children, and one of those, we now know was a girl called Maddie de Garay, we only know about this because she and her family came forward and told us what happened. Maddie de Garay got the vaccine and she immediately went into seizures. She is now in a wheelchair for life, and she needs a feeding tube to eat. Because Pfizer only tested on 1300 kids, it is now stuck with the extrapolation that one out of 1300 kids is going to be injured like that. Or an injury worse than that. Pfizer did not report her injury. Instead it said she had a stomach ache. So that’s what they reported to the FDA. They lied.”
The Lancet study showed that they could not find a single healthy child who died from COVID-19. There were less than 400 children in the US who died with COVID, but they had serious comorbidities that included obesity, asthma, and more. Healthy kids do not die from COVID. So why give a child the vaccine?
Kennedy said that COVID vaccines are causing myocarditis and death in children. There is no reason to give them the shots except to get liability protection.
* Kennedy explained that Pfizer did get an authorization license to sell its vaccine in the United States. But it was a trick: it created a new vaccine out of the same vaccine and put a new label on it and called it Comirnaty. The one that got approved, Comirnaty, is identical to the one that is given to Americans, but they will not make Comirnaty available because it would open the door for the manufacturers, Pfizer and BioNTech, to be sued. He said that Pfizer and BioNTech were waiting for approval of their injection for children because as soon as it is mandated for children, they will get liability protection.

California Lifted Its COVID Vaccine ‘Mandate’ for School Children
California was the first state to ‘mandate’ COVID vaccines for 6 million school children. Note that we were unable to find the executive order or law to mandate COVID vaccines for children to enter school. As far as we can ascertain, Newsom only made an announcement; there are no legal documents mandating the vaccine for school entry. According to a post from Newsom’s official website, “Students will be required to be vaccinated for in person learning starting the term following FDA full approval of the vaccine for their grade span (7-12 and K-6).” But COVID vaccines have yet to be approved by the FDA.
It was reported that Newsom’s administration was backing off of the intended mandate.
According to EdSource, “the California Department of Public Health hasn’t made an announcement, but officials told EdSource that the end of the state’s Covid-19 state of emergency on Feb. 28 effectively ends its current plan to add Covid-19 vaccinations to the list of 10 vaccinations children are required to have to attend school in person.” Note that according to a California Department of Public Health document, linked here, the state requires school children from kindergarten through 12th grade to get 19 vaccines to attend school.
Now that COVID vaccines have been added to the CDC’s Immunization Schedule, will California mandate the COVID jabs for school children? Did California back off of its intention to mandate COVID vaccines because it had knowledge that the CDC would add it to the recommended immunization schedule?
