As originally presented to Amazon Developer's Conference in January 2007. Amazon then patented the first half of my ideas without consulting me (or compensating me) while ignoring the second half of my idea that are now under discussion with the 12 Apostles for Web 3.0 — we have all agreed that all existing code must be abandoned.
